Diskovaa Terms of Use
These terms describe the service available in this version of Diskovaa.
1. What Diskovaa does
Diskovaa helps clients discover Christian creatives, view their public work, send engagement requests, message within a request, exchange contact details after acceptance, and leave a review after completion.
2. Direct arrangements
Diskovaa does not process, hold, guarantee, or refund money in this version of the service. Any fee, contract, travel plan, cancellation term, or other financial arrangement is agreed directly between the client and creative outside Diskovaa. Diskovaa is not a party to that arrangement.
3. Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for your account and for keeping the information you provide accurate. Do not impersonate another person, publish work you do not have permission to use, or share account access with someone who is not authorised to act for you.
4. Verification
A verified badge means Diskovaa completed its current manual profile review. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee of identity, conduct, availability, suitability, or the outcome of an engagement. Clients should make their own checks before finalising arrangements.
5. Requests, messages, and reviews
Use requests and messages only for genuine engagement discussions. Keep communication lawful and respectful. Reviews must reflect a completed engagement and your honest experience. Diskovaa may hide content or profiles that are misleading, abusive, unlawful, or unsafe.
6. Availability and changes
Profiles, availability, and request statuses can change. Diskovaa may suspend an account or limit access when needed to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. We may also update these terms as the service changes; the version shown here applies while you use it.
7. Your responsibility
You decide whether to contact, accept, or work with another user. Use reasonable care when meeting, travelling, sharing personal information, or entering a direct agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, each user remains responsible for their own decisions, commitments, and conduct.
